This was a seven month project beginning in early 2006. We were initially brought in to help with what became a very successful catalog redesign and our contract was extended to help them transition in a new director as well as to assist them with redeveloping their entire online learning management system and content management system. Both were critical to the daily operation of the business and missed deadlines would have meant massive loss of revenue and a scheduling nightmare for faculty, staff and students. The two new systems launched on time and to rave reviews.

Business Results

• Co-designed, produced and managed a massive update of their online course catalog which improved their Alexa position by approximately 30,000 spots and put them in the top .0005% of all web sites.
• Co-managed and co-produced a complete redevelopment of their online learning management system which allowed them to get the project done between semesters, eliminating potential lost revenue.
• Designed and co-produced a new content management system which streamlined editorial, administratitive and marketing functions, decreasing time-to-site by 57%.
