Jay was especially open to understanding the concern of the moment, adapting to a solution which was workable, and flexible in his approach to culminate the approach in writing or within a UI structure. Jay was well respected by the vendor team and was always willing to see the request of the moment as a serious request which required accommodation. Jay's attention to detail (not asking the same question twice as well as absorbing the detail disseminated to him) was a superior level of performance and expectation. Finally, Jay's knowledge of the industry in terms of standards and expectations was also helpful in guiding the vendor toward an improved and workable solution framework.
