Moodle

Indigo Digital has customized several Moodle sites for Berklee College of Music. It's modular framework and theming templates make it an excellent alternative to expensive off-the-shelf software for educational institutions. From Wikipedia:

Moodle (abbreviation for Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) is a free source e-learning software platform, also known as a Course Management System, Learning Management System, or Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). As of December 2011 it had a user base of 72,177 registered and verified sites, serving 57,112,669 users in 5.8 million courses.

Moodle was originally developed by Martin Dougiamas to help educators create online courses with a focus on interaction and collaborative construction of content, and is in continual evolution. The first version of Moodle was released on 20 August 2002.

Berklee Pulse

Working with design partners Stoltze Design, Indigo Digital built out several informational sites and several distance learning initiatives for the Berklee PULSE project.
